Johnathon Townsend - Rating Field Inspector
Johnathon Townsend is the Rating Field Inspector at Clean Efficient Energy Company (CEEC), where he works with Raters and Project Managers to assess homes’ energy efficiency levels, contributing to safer and more sustainable construction practices.
With over a year of experience at CEEC, Johnathon’s typical day involves spending the majority of his time in the field inspecting pre-drywalled houses and conducting tests on nearly completed homes. His expertise ensures that these properties meet the standards of energy efficiency, safety, and quality.
Johnathon’s journey in energy efficiency was influenced by his passion for design and aptitude for using Sketchup software from a young age. This eventually led him to a job at CEEC, where he can leverage his skills and knowledge to enhance the energy performance of homes, positively impacting the environment.
His values of doing things right and ensuring quality align perfectly with his role as an energy efficiency expert. Johnathon takes pride in his work, knowing that through testing, he is helping to ensure that homes are well-built and energy-efficient.

Outside of work, Johnathon cherishes spending time with his friends and family. He also enjoys watching movies as a way to relax and unwind.
