EPA Indoor airPLUS

Indoor airPLUS is a certification program in the U.S. that was developed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The purpose of the program is to improve indoor air quality and promote healthier living environments in new and existing homes. Together with ENERGY STAR, Indoor airPLUS certified homes provide a superior level of energy efficiency, comfort, durability, indoor air quality, and peace of mind.

ENERGY STAR is a prerequisite for Indoor airPLUS qualification. Indoor airPLUS certification is included in all Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH) certifications.

Our Process

Our team of certified experts diligently follows the Indoor airPLUS Verification Checklist to certify a home as Indoor airPLUS compliant.
